About Me
Located now in Bristol, I have enjoyed a fruitful and varied musical career.
After graduating from Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford I not only continued my private teaching, but became a full time music teacher for the West Sussex County Council providing guitar and music lessons for a range of primary and secondary school students.
2 years later, I found myself in California playing guitar for a number of groups. I finally settled in Ireland where I joined a new and upcoming Irish group. We toured extensively and managed to earn multi-platinum status on 3 records. After an exciting 10 year career in Ireland, I moved back to the UK to take a step back from the busy life of touring and gigging.
I now teach and offer remote or in-person guitar lessons from my home studio teaching beginner or advanced lessons. I also offer studio and production services to independent musicians ranging from recording sessions as well as photo/video content.
I think learning an instrument is more than just the improvement of a skill, it is expression and a way to exercise the mind. Music is something we all can appreciate and to understand it more is a way to understand what makes us who we are. Most importantly, it is to be enjoyed!
